20. Miscellaneous Provisions
20.1 Third Fret will not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under this agreement, if such performance is delayed or hindered by a cause that is beyond our reasonable control. (“Force Majeure Events”).
20.2 Third Fret reserves the right to modify or cease operations of the Services at any time without notice.
